Rug Art International made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Buyers have 7 days after delivery to inspect their item(s) and contact RUG ART if they wish to return an item. The buyer responsible for the outbound and return shipping charges, and they will be deducted from the buyer’s original purchase price + taxes if applicable. Exception: Custom size 40X40 are not refundable and are the final sale.

Buyers are responsible for packaging and shipping the return within three business days after the return shipping label (pre-paid by RUG ART) is received. The buyer may also be responsible for the packing charges incurred by the seller. Buyers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in the original condition.

To make sure both the Buyer and the Seller are satisfied, RUG ART collects payment from the Buyer at the time of purchase and will not refund payment until 24 hours after the returned item is received at RUG ART and checked back into inventory without damages. Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to the seller.

Changes to Order – Changes to an order must be subject to the ability to make requested changes. Changes will not be approved once production has commenced. Approved Changes to Order will be subject, in addition to changes in the price of goods, to change, cancellation or stocking fees which may be up to 50% of the list selling price.

Delivery Dates – All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only, and neither Rug Art shall be liable for any delay in shipment or receipt of goods. Please refer to Force Majeure and Liability.

Shipping and Delivery – The delivery is made by appointment only, a signature is required. International shipment is available to various countries. The delivery will be quoted by phone only based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods.
